A Kansas City man, 23, faces a charge of Murder 2nd Degree in connection with the fatal shooting of a man at a convenience store at 27th and Indiana Avenue in Kansas City, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced today.
Kameron L. Ginies, dob: 6/24/ 1994, faces Murder 2nd Degreee and Armed Criminal Action charges.*
According to court records, Kansas City police found the victim shot in the gas station parking lot. Witnesses told police that the defendant and the victim were in a physical altercation, when the suspect turned and shot the victim.
Prosecutors requested a bond of $100,000 cash.
