A Jackson County jury convicted late Thursday evening an eastern Jackson County man of sexual acts with a minor, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced today.
The jury found Chad J. Stark guilty of three counts of Statutory Sodomy, two counts of Statutory Rape 2nd Degree and one count of Child Molestations 4th Degree. The defendant will be sentenced at a future hearing.
To protect the victim's identity, the probable cause statement is not attached. A redacted version can be requested by media.
