Two brothers from Kansas City have been charged in the Aug. 16, 2017 fatal shooting and abandonment of the bod of Michael Anthony High-Frump in the Northeast area of Kansas City, Jackson County Prosecutor.
Antonio R. Love, dob: 11/23/1992, and Miguel R. Love, dob: 1/26/1991, each face Murder in the 1st Degree, Kidnapping, Abandonment of a Corpse and two counts of Armed Criminal Action charges.*
According to court records, a police investigation involving Kansas City and Independence detectives showed the homicide occurred at a residence near Blue Ridge Blvd and Lexington Avenue in Independence. The witness told police that the victim was assaulted at the residence, then restrained hm for several hours. They carried the victim out of the basement and put him into the trunk of a vehicle. The victim was wrapped in a sheet or blanket. Police later found the body of the victim in Northeast Kansas City, in the grass along a roadway in the area of Cliff Drive and Chestnut.
Prosecutors requested a bond of $250,000 cash for each defendant.
