A Kansas City man faces felony charges for firing a weapon repeatedly in a residential neighbor, striking the vehicle occupied by undercover police officers, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced today.
Ryan Taylor, dob: 11/10/1996, faces Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Armed Criminal Action.*
According to court documents filed today, the defendant was a passenger in a vehicle who was seen firing a weapon in a residential neighborhood. Some shots struck a vehicle occupied by undercover police.
Prosecutors have requested a bond of $100,000 cash.
